You don't have to register online to get in, you can register when you get there, but you can get in earlier and faster if you register online beforehand.

Earlier and faster...LOL. Sound good to me. Last time, I almost got shut out entirely.... The wife and I got there very early, and when the time came to do stuff, they had us move from one side of the street to the other suddenly.
We got shuffled way, way back. They got the line going to hand out the raffle tickets, and my wife and I literally got to the table, eye to eye with the guys, and they said no more. I was BS.We went inside the Galleria Mall (this was just outside the Mall, the AMD event), to use the bathrooms, and when we came back out five minutes later, they had started giving out tickets again!!!
We managed to get one of the AMD people to let us go right up to the table, around the side of the line, as this person recognized us from when we got shut out just a few minutes before..
After having numbers called all around ours, mine was called about 175th of 200. The wife's number got missed by one...I almost walked off with a pair of XP's...(I'd have set up a duallie a long time ago if that happened...LOL)
If registering for this new event (which I did days ago now...) can spare me that grief, I'm all for it.![]()
