I am trying to overclock my CPU, but my stock voltage is just way to high to make any sense.

At stock speed 4.0Ghz i'm hovering around 1.5V and when I try to go to 4.3Ghz it's around 1.53V. I put it back to stock speed just to be safe.

Build:
AMD FX-8350 Black edition
Corsair H100i V2
Asus 970 Pro Gaming
EVGA 1070
Thermaltake 650 Smart

Please get back to me, and let me know if you want any more information.

Set the CPU load line calibration manually also. Set to high and tell me what your vcore is then.

Let's work at stock first ok.
Set LLC to medium and tell me what the voltage is.

Something sounds a bit off. I have used that motherbaord with many FX CPUs. What OS are you using and what are you using to check volts/temps

I'm on Windows 10, and I'm using CPU-Z and the motherboard sensors in the BIOS.
