Check out AMD's site. There are NO certified KT133a boards for 1.2 Athlons.

Before you say, "They're too new to be certified", check out the several DDR boards on the list that aren't available yet.

You pays your money, you takes your chances.
 
I can imagine DDR boards gaining certification since they are based on different chipsets.

The 133a is merely a clockgen modded version of the 133 and as such carries identical BIOSes and features sets besides better clock generation at elevated FSB's.

I would derive therefore that if a companys motherboard called KT7 was certified, its board called KT7A would also be certifiable.
