Now I know why you were having some BS. I did the same manually installing the drivers that way. There were certain entries under the USB in device manager if I installed a driver would give me the BS.
The process now has all driver slipped into an ISO and works like a charm even during install I have USB mouse and KB.
You should install the chipset package afterward AFIK it won't install any vid driver since they're all Win10 for the APU
