Well I don't have any of the actual chip, and I don't want to take it out, but I know it's a 0502 week and I bought it about a month ago. Are you wanting SS's from cpu-z?

A SS from cpubrain or CPUZ would be helpful. In fact, a speed fan ss is what I'm really looking for. A SS of your VCore graph if you please. :)

Sounds like they are ungodly electromigraters as well, if it was totally stable less than a week ago and now "errors like mad".

Hopefully it is a component on your board or something easily fixable, but I must say, it doesn't sound too good. Also, not like this matters a whole lot or will help you in any way, but it would be nice to see some benchmarks other than Sandra. Sandra isn't exactly the "Cream of the crop" as far as real-world and realistic benchmarks go. Still, nice OC for the little while it lasted.

i'm enjoying mine but i seem to be limited very early on. 240x10 is totally stable at 1.55v and might even be stable with lower voltage. but i have my ram at 200. if i try 1:1 i get memtest errors. now i would think 240 1:1 with 1t should be fine. so maybe my ram is messed or maybe it's just my mobo. gonna memtest at 233 to make sure my ram can do stock. if not then i might rma it. my mobo should be able to do 233 1t right?? this a64 stuff is complicated...

oh yea and i can't boot at 240x11 no matter what he volts. have tried up to 1.7(mobo max). oh and my temps in bios with 1.7 at 240x11 are 44c. and actually it needs 1.7 just to post at 240x11 so i'm fairly certain it's my cpu's limit.

should i try half multis? i heard bad things about them.

no matter if i was stock at 2.2 though i'd take this mobile over my old mobile 2500 at 2.5ghz any day.

The unstability is NOT cpu related. I tried it out with 1 stick and it works perfectly. I don't like using 512mb ram though so I just went back to 1gb and 2.4ghz for now. It's motherboard related as far as I'm concerned, not cpu.

What other benchmarks did you have in mind? Super-Pi is mostly just ram, so I don't know what else you want...maybe 3dmark's cpu scores?

Yeah, these DTR's are pretty sick. Got my 3000+ running 24/7 at 2.7ghz (300x9) totally stable @ 1.65v (watercooled). It does 2.81ghz @ 1.75v stable and will boot up at 2.9ghz as well (unstable), but that is more voltage than I want to run through it on a daily basis. Can't complain about a 1ghz OC. Sadly my OCZ Powerstream 520W popped the other night so my system is grounded until I get my replacement from OCZ. Hopefully nothing was damaged.......
