I was looking at a 900mhz T bird and a Amptron MB (807) on price watch...200 bucks..Anyone have any input on this MB???

I think you should avoid "unknown" brands when it comes to motherboards. I know that you always end up paying a little more for some "good" name board, but at least you can read reviews about the "good" ones. Since this is the single most important component in your system you should not save money on it. Least of all if you want to overclock.
 
Amptron sells re-badged PC Chips motherboards. Although the new ones are much better than the ones of a few years ago, they're still not top quality. But, I have to admit, I've built several systems with Amptron/PC Chips boards without any problems. They were all PIII, Celeron, and AMD K6 systems though. All had built-in video, audio, modems, LANs, etc., and were for cheap second systems.
