I have the option to use a 120MM fan rated at 92CFM and 30Db OR 2 92mm fans rated at 64CFM's each and 34Db each. I was looking for the thread with the multiple fan DbA rating system but couldn't find it. I wanted to know, after adding a filter, which setup would be better for my front intake considering noise and CFM's to keep the case pressure up?

The 120 mm fan will have less high pitch noise compare to the 92 mm fan. It's really hard to say which one is better when there's a filter in front since there are a lot of factors that can influence the performance of the fan.

If I were you though, having the choice I would go with a 120 mm fan because the lower noise level and lower pitch noise. :)
