So I bought a Kingston MicroSD card for my gf. I didn't really pay attention to the cost. It was $5.49 for the card, and I figured shipping would be a few bucks. I got an email with an invoice, and it turns out that shipping is $5.66. More than the card itself -.- So I get into an online chat with a rep and ask if I could have half the shipping cost back. Without any questions they refund me $5.00. Is $5 even enough to complain about? Not really, but the fact that they're eager to keep me happy makes me feel appreciated as a customer. w00t Newegg!
