another "no idea what ram for a64"

I am building a 3000+ a64 with epox 8kxxxJ (forgot, ok) anyway, what are the real world differences between the 3 ram types I am considering. 1st, the $88 crucial , the $110 magic buffalo , and the standard OCZ 3700 "costs a bunch" EB I will be ocing and running 1 gig of ram. I know the more expenisve one I listed overclock better, but I am unsure of how much better. I also heard it is great to have x-2-2-x-x 1t on A64 boards for optimal performance. How much difference in games especially does latency and speed effect frames, (like .5 frame increase for every mhz at same latency?)I am really confused, so any help would be great, thanks.
