Antec 350W will be enough for these?....

Will Antec 350W PS be good enough for my sys? Which is:
Abit NF7-S
XP-M 2600+
2 HDs
Getting Thermal right SLK or SP plus Delta fan
And 4 fans.

Please let me know quick cuz i'm gonna get stuff in 10 hours. Apperciate.

The reason i'm asking for PS because I've tried another HSF rite now, which is Girabyte HSF. Cuz I just wanna try it out.. But it wont boot (no post nothing at all) , whenever I use 9x or more for CPU. Which i could do 12x211 before on my Zalman 7000. Would PS cause this problem?

Completely stock it'll be just fine. When you start to OC you'll really stress it I suggest at least the Truepower 430 if you want to do some light duty overclocking.

Hm, I'm getting the exact same system as Tat, except some PC3700EB @2.9v, [email protected] ghz. I already have a Antec Truepower 430W with 20A on the +12. I was wondering if its good enough for the system I want, and if it will be good enough for A64 Socket939/800XT when I get one next year.
