Antech true 550 posts lower voltage from a 1.2ghz tb to a 2500+ barton?!?!?

when i had this psu on my 1/2ghz thunder bird i was getting over 12+ volts and every other area was over as well.

now that i have the barton the voltage is right below 12v. does anyone know why?
