The A7A266 uses the ALI chipset M1647 are there any known issues or compatability problems if I buy this board / chipset ?

I dont actually have this board, but I am probably going to buy one this week. There are a few guys on the board that have them, and they say they are incredibly easy to setup and very stable. Also they were getting some nice overclocks to.
