If anyone could help i'd be appreciated,I have a few sites with some info+visual of the board if needed? And i contacted intel and gateway and they will not ship me the book for the mobo,(Hmm wonder why?) Haha,Thanks in advance.

Intel doesn't provide any overclocking features on their motherboards. The only way to overclock with them is to use a slotket if you have slot 1 Intel mobo. You can then set the core voltage and FSB on the slotket. Slotkets limit you to 66, 100, and 133 MHz FSB selections so your CPU will not be able to overclock on one. A Celeron 433 is not going to work with the FSB set to 100 MHz because it will not run at 6.5x100=650 MHz. You might have been able to O/C a Celeron 400 to 600 MHz, but you're SOL with your 433.
