Any way to compensate the Vcore drop?

Sorry if this is a noob question, but to reach 4Ghz stable, I have to push my Vcore to 1.725V (1.78V effective according to MBM) on my P4C800E, which I think is dangerous for my CPU. If I set Vcore to 1.70, it crashes during a Prime95, I think because Vcore is getting down to 1.63V.
Is there's a way to keep the Vcore constant no matter the CPU load so I can use a lower Vcore? Thanks.

Another vote for the droop mod. I need it on my P4P800 to get past 285 FSB as it starts drooping and becomes unstable.
