Anybody heard of the Noise Control HSF?

Toms Hardware did a review[on CPU coolers and this one was on the list. I can;t find a thing on it in any of the search engines though. It's called the silverado and is apparently pretty slick design.

Yea, that and the thermoengine both seem to be really innovative designs. I was wondering about this HSF too, but I also have found no sign of it anywhere.
