Hi to everybody!
I´ve got the Creative G Force annihilator 256 32Mb sdram. The card works well until I try to play a game. When I do it...my system hangs.(mobo a7v133)
-I have already updated my drivers from creative and another time from Nvidia website.
-I have changed the bios values...disabling shadows...
-I have increased the agp, cpu memory voltage...
-I have disabled the screen saver and the power management interface... tested several versions of directx and nothing takes a good result.

What can I do??
(The system works perfectly with a Voodoo3 2000, why it can´t work with a GForce? ).

If it's hanging, it sounds like heat, especially if you've tried other drivers ect... the fan on my Leadtek GeForce DDR went out recently, and I bought a blue orb and I sliced up the old heatsink with my dremmel and used the thermal tape supplied with the blue orb to fashion some ram sinks, BTW the blue orb mounts just fine on a GF DDR card with the retention clips they supply, super easy install, I'm currently running my card 135core/350mem with no problems! FYI Nvidia drivers typically offer the best performance (I'm using 10.80). Your problem might also lie in what games you are running, some older games might not play nice with a GeForce. Also there are a ton of settings in the bios that effect AGP, try disabling fast writes and side band ect... and see if that helps. To make sure it's not hanging because of the CPU, run prime 95 or a cpu stress test to eliminate that possibility. Good luck and try to post as much info as possible so we can eliminate a lot of variables, like cpu temps, driver ver. ect...
