Anyone ever heard of Q Max Powersupply?

You will find "Q MAX" power supplys in the MAXTOP cases.
Surf over to newegg.com then 'SHOP BY BRAND' then click on Maxtop. Where it shows "SEE IT" (in blue) click on it. I have the Maxtop CSX-147 350 watt PSU.

I guess im just curious if it is a good powersupply or not for my system.
