Anyone got thier Abit Kg-7 Raid Yet??? Post here!!

Whassup I have yet to find a review on this mobo which kinda disturbs me.. Why are they hiding this motherboard from the public??? Well post ur results here if you have one..

I'd love to know too - I've found it listed at dabs.com for just under £170, and I'm veeery tempted

They say 'long lead time expected', so I'd probably have to wait for about a month to get it, but I'm wondering whether to get my order in now and avoid the rush. Only reason I haven't ordered it yet is that, like you, I haven't found a review. I think Kyle at the [H] has his hands on one, but I haven't seen a review yet, only some pics. I think as soon as he comes out with a review telling us how great it is I'll be ordering myself one from dabs... looks like a great mobo!

For whatever reason there seems to be some delay on the board. Right now it has been delay til probably the first week of July. That is when distribution will receive the board. Which usually mean the general public will not get a hand on the board til the 2nd week of July. I am not sure why there has been such delays. It is not like there is anything special on the Abit board that you can't find on others. (ok maybe the 4 ddr slots). So I guess if you can't wait then you should get something else. Since I have waited so long and have had very good luck (still running a BE6 with a P3-850) with past products from ABit. I am going to wait the extra week or 2.

I wanna see more about this board as well and I might consider getting depending on how the reviews and others feel about it.
