I've tried everything to get them to work together with no success. Computer locks up about 10 minutes into 3dMark2000 or any other game.

I'm using the FAILEST safe bios, 4in1 drivers 4.28-4.31, the 1.4 V5 Ref drivers. Here's my system

Windows 98SE
FIC AZ11 VT8363 V686A
128MB PC133 CL2 ECC Crucial Ram
Voodoo5 5500 AGP 64 Meg Bios v1.15
250w AMD Approved Power Supply
AMD Duron 700Mhz w/bigass Thermal Take Fan
U.S Robotics 56k Faxmodem PCI Slot 5
Maxtor 40 Gig 5400
Western Digital 10 Gig
Sony Philips CD Burner
Using onboard sound

Thanks in advance if you have any suggestions.

try using some pc100 ram, if you have it around. This happens with any vid card i've used on my AZ-11, with pc133 ram. Then i put 96 megs of pc100 in there, and it worked fine!

Doh..I have 32 megs of it actually...thanks for the suggestion

I think running the computer without Ram CLK +33 in the bios would be the same thing though?
