Anyone have any stats/benches on the new SLI link for the 1070's/1080's?

I've read that the new SLI link for the 1070/1080 had higher bandwidth and should help to eliminate micro-stutter. Has anyone done any benches/tests to ascertain if this is true?

We haven't here...

I would google (sorry, literally running out the door at the office) SLI 1070 review or SLI 1080 review and see. Report back! :)

will need to use google translate (or whatever you prefer) but it has some benchmarks there.

The overall takeaway was it is only helpful at 4K.

I couldn't find in the article where it shows exact numbers for either bridge, just that it only saw improvement at 4K.

Just to clarify, you do get performance increases at both resolutions (2560 and 4K), they just likely aren't noticeable since they're both well beyond 60 fps.
