I have WINBOND PC2700 1X512MB DDR. Wondered if any1 had heard of it and knew if it was some good stuff ;) ive had it running @ PC3200 b4 i flashed my bios :( now i cant set it at 3200

Winbond *chips* are what all the top memory manufacturers use. The PCB also has a lot of bearing on quality. On the other hand, it's pretty safe to say that anything using winbond chips will not disappoint. Anyone trying to sell you cheap stuff is going to use cheaper generic chips.
