Does anyone know a software that show the videocard temperature (not CPU Temp)?

Your card needs to have the sensor in place already, and if it does, odds are it came with the software. Check it by using Sandra's video system information module. If there are temp sensors on the card, you'll be able to read them from there. Or you could buy a probe such as a compu-nurse or digidoc which has a digital display for multiple temperature sensors.
