Anyone know how to use this program ? Or is there a webpage explaining how to fix the temperature problem with the A7V and fix it using this program?

yes you need to get the pcr file for the kt133 or kt133 they are both the same then set register 52 to a value of EB that will set the chipset to allow the hlt instuction and you will see the temps go down I am running a duron 700 o/c to 945 105 x 9 on a msi pro 2 a board my temp before at idle were about 100 f now it drops down to the mid 80 s at idle and never goes above 111 f at full load
