Anyone know if those new Tbred lower speed chips work in duals or not?

I was wondering if anyone has tested the 1700 or 1800+ chips in a dually rig yet? do they work? for those of you that have these chips, does the first l5 bridge has a cut?

They should work. Its weather or not the board will allow you to. you would have to buy some to try it out.

the problem is in finding out if the l5's are linked to smp or not.

ok, after looking at some pictures, ive found that on the MP 2200 the last L5 is uncut, and on a XP 2700 its cut. my guess is that you need to fill and connect those, or you could just go around the pit...
