Got a bad stick myself ? Will run at the advertised timings up to 168 FSb. BSOD after that even with 2.8v. Relaxed timings to 2-3-6-3 and will go to 185fsb. Not impressed, the Kingmax I was replacing would do that. BUT.............
While looking for an inexpensive stick for another system , I ordered a sitck of PC2700/256CL2 from Hardcore Cooling.com for $29.95. The Timing state 2-2-2-5-1 on the site. Recieved it today and it HIT THE MARK AND KEPT GOING AT AGGRESSIVE TIMING TO 189FSB AT 2.8V !!!!!! I'm going to RMA the kingston and pickup more of this memory.

Why not Samsung PC2700? Mine can hit 200 with the timings in my sig without any real problems, and it's cheap too.
