I also recommend enabling XMP/EXPO High Bandwidth Support.
About the CPU, enable PBO. CPU presets should be on top of the Tweaker window. This CPU won't overclock much higher, so it's not like anyone can give you tips that significantly affect your gaming experience. On the other hand, it doesn't require overclocking or tweaking as it's already one of the fastest options for gaming.

If you really just want the tweaking experience, then going through and undervolting and testing each core individually for their optimal or minimal power use can be a great way to unlock head room for PBO.

Three sticks of RAM? Are you just using three or is one of them not being seen in BIOS?
Just 3.

This was my first attempt at building a pc from scratch. I did have another 16GB stick for the 4th slot, but when I had a 16GB stick in all 4 slots, it was nothing but trouble, I was lucky to get anything more than a black screen. The way their set up now is the only time things loaded as they should....that I know of.
