Hey I just wanted to check if anyone has had any luck with those Apple USBC to 3.5mm DAC dongles on Android 13. Specifically a 2023 Motorola Edge but figured that might be a long shot.
Keep one in my backpack along with a set of wired earbuds in case anything happens to my BT earbuds. Had to pull it out recently when I left the BT buds at home.
Hook everything up and just got a barely audible pop every 1-2 seconds on the wired earbuds and the phone stayed defaulted to the speaker.
Had good luck with these adapters on prior versions of Android and other Motorola phones. Plus, being able to find them even at the local BB for <$10 they make good oh sh*t adapters.
This being the first time I tried it with Android 13, I wanted to see if it's possible the one I tried just died or if they've become incompatible. Because at maybe $9 after tax I may starve if I simply buy a new one.
