Arctic Silver Adhesive: Part B

What is Part B in arctic silver II? my friend bought the wrong stuff from fry's. it was labeled Arctic Silver II but its actually just a tube of the part B adhesive. when he took it back to my house and showed me...it was too late. would i be able to use this "Part B" in any way?

I hate how fry's mispackages their stuff. its so annoying how newbs, like my friend, can be mislead. we'll probably end up returning it. i knew i should have gone with him to fry's instead of telling him what to buy over the phone. NUTS. Now i'm using the white junk.

B wont hold anything.. it may give you thremal transfer, but it wont epoxy anything..
take it back and get a refund cuz they messed up..
Frys IMHO isnt a great storte for alot of things..
I got junk memory from them and they wouldnt give me my money back, and the memory was almost 200 bucs for a stick of 128mb sdram!!
