I was wondering how good they are, i picked one up at the junkyard, and was wondering if they are any good, if not i might consider getting something else.. Ahh i cant wait to start working on my water cooling setup :)

in a word, yes. in more words...the multiple parrallel channels that typically make up a LPD radiator (such as the black ice series radiators or car heater cores) allows it to maintain a higher flowrate than compared to a radiator with one channel that loops back and forth. and if you've read the sticky thread above about flowrate, you'll know that more is better.
