ARE MSI K7 MASTER S (MS-6341) MOBO'S GOOD FOR OVERCLOCKING?

I'm just about to make a decision on buying a k7 master s mobo with onboard scsi. This will be my first overclocking adventure. I also would like to know if anyone has experience with this mobo. Also any experience with swiftech's mc462a cooler would be appreciated!

The all say it is pretty good for overclocking. LOL
