Are the AIW Radeaon 32DDR, and The Matrox Millenia G550 Incompatible With the P4TE?

Can't believe both of these cards are incompatible, I get the weird 3 beeps that suggests so, really just looking for a good 2d card for a flat panel monitor. Is there some jumper I need to enable, or do I gotta order a replacement card? thanks
