I just read yoour other post. If you want to try and flash a new BIOS, you need a bootable floppy with the new BIOS on it. Start up with the bootable disk in and it *should* flash your new BIOS. Good luck :)

You don't talk like your 32....
Your "post" tells the problem of "Are there people whoreally try to help others on here". Now I don't know about you, but I'm suprised I even looked at this in the first place.

Your bios is bad? what seems to be the problem? what system is your freshly built system?
People can help you........I think.

Yes there really are helpful ppl here. I can only suggest thinking out your question carefully and reviewing your post before submitting it.

Not everyone here will be helpful and your going to ask dumb questions. Hell I ask them all the time but for the most part ppl are nice. Those that aren't are not worth stressing about eh? This is really the first time I have seen anyone really get jumped on. If you stick with it you'll figure it out. Good luck.

Of course there are people to help you. Did you try to flash your bios. You may need a new bios chip. If you don't state the problem then how can we help you?

I believe he is trying to enter the bios configuration program at boot up. Under his other topic I asked if he was waiting until boot up asked for him to push del to enter bios and I never received an answer

Reiterate your problem in a more structured way, and you may find help.

Well for all that did respond positivitly THANKS,I have flashed the bios today and have the same problem,It seems after posting here and trying the advice,a few things happened,I have been reminded on how to create a boot disk,as well as flash a bios,This board will be returned to MSI,for replacement, .SO THANKS to ALL THAT HELPED ME OUT.And to the member that asked if I pushed the delete key at post ,YES,as well as crtl, alt, esc at post ,as this is a alternitive command to acess bios on this mainboard.

I have been here just around 2 weeks and people here have been really nice and helpful. I confidently built my system in less than 2 week from asking question and suggestion here, significance ppl who give me most straight helpful answer are kat, rob and jeff. I'm sure there are more but can't remember name. I am now loving my new system, not a single problem...well not yet I hope ;)
