I'm getting major artifacts in 3Dmark 2001 SE at just 280/550 on my VisionTek Ti 4200 128 DDR. I know this card is supposed to be able to go much higher than that. Could these artifacts be possibly caused by low power on the +3.3 line? I used MBM5 to determine the low of the +3.3 voltage while running 3DMark. The voltage rail dropped to +3.12 sometime between the first test and the middle of "Dragothic - High Detail" (where I encountered heavy artifacts and was forced to abort).
Is it just bad luck that I got a poor overclocking card? Or could it be something else?
