What... there was a problem with trying to use a controller with it? I don't remember having any issues but last I played AC1 was over a year ago so maybe I forgot.

Assuming you're not talking about AC2 since it's not out yet so we can't tell if it has issues with controllers or not.

No...no problem I played with a mouse and keyboard. If your using a controller it should be the same gameplay. I just don't have a controller.

I played with mouse and keyboard also, had no issue. In fact I enjoyed it ;) A lot of games I play that are supposed to played on a gamepad or wheel, I just cheat and use the keyboard and mouse. I am the greatest keyboard racer of all time I tell ya ;)

I want to know where I can pick up the first one for $5 bucks since my PC collection is small and i'm always looking to expand. Tons of console games but pc not so much

I'd mention piracy but I don't want to get banned.

The first AC was "meh" at best - I wonder where Ubi and EA Get the balls to charge $60 for a mediocre SP game?

This reminds me of how Spore was the quickest pirated game at release TO DATE. I forget how many DL's but I think it was around half a million in less than 24 hours.

I think Ubisoft had a few games like the new Prince of Persia come without any kind of drm to test how well it sold and it still sold poorly compared to the console versions. I think piracy was a problem. So this is their solution. I can't say I blame them. It's better than Starforce.

I played AC1 with mouse and keyboard as well. After playing for a few hours on a ps3 [with a controller], the mouse and keyboard took some key mapping and a while to get use to, but I feel I was better in combat on the PC with mouse and keyboard. I'm looking forward to plopping in front of my couch with a controller and number 2 now :)

I just picked up AC for the 360 used this weekend and have been enjoying it so far...game play is fun but I feel like they could have stronger story telling..especially on the information gathering part of the game. Anyway....yeah $60 games...that's why I have not bought a single new 360 game...although I'm not surprised to see PC games hit that mark...ya knew if they could get away with it on the consoles they'd do it to all AAA titles on all platforms. The real shady part is the downloadable version...Ubisoft saves on packaging, they save on distribution and on retailing....yet they bump up the price by 5 bucks!? Yeah yeah it's got some extra content..who cares they're saving a fortune on those costs, if they were a good company they'd pass the savings onto the customer...if they were ho-hum they'd charge the same and rake in some savings....but to charge more is not acceptable.

Never got to finish the first one the second time, got bored with it, although I really like the assassin type gameplay, but prefer the Hitman series to this action oriented game.
I think I will pass on it for 60$, maybe on a steam deal I will check what did I miss.

Hitman: BM was fuggin' awesome.

Played that game a thousand times over lol.
