I have tried to enable AGP Fast Write in the bios for my A7V133. The result is system crash and several reboot cycles before I can get the card operating normally again. It does this with everything in the default settings (no overclocking).

Does anyone know if the ASUS 7100 supports AGP Fast Write or not?

if its in your bios then it should there is a great site that tells you what fast write agp does and does not do and wheather you should use it and problems it may or may not cause you can find the link in the memory forum under the heading best memory settings in bios by OTTO and the link is in there if you cant find it let me know. well i just found the link www.rojakpot.com

yes, it supports the fast writes feature. i thought this option would become available only when the video card installed also support it but not. the option will always be there if your BIOS do support it. this is a particular test id say: it can improve performace just as it can also make the system more instable. if u got that problems running the system with it enabled you could try to flash your bios with a newer version if there is one.
