i have the same setup but 512megs ddr and i have no problems with the board got it to 1.65ghz.... and i think 259 is expensive for a 1.33 they are like 150-160 now goto pricewatch.com for great prices..

after looking around and seeing the price differance this puts me in a really bad place , since I don't have a credit card and dealing with cash , buying from the US dosen't really seem like it's going to work , but hopfuly I can work something out I would be saving almost a hundred bucks after the exchange rate , Everywhere I have check out here in canada still wants abou the same bit more then my list price , so it seems that they are making penny's off the Mother board but doubling there cash with the CPU .
thx for the price watch there. If I can save the extra cash that would be great and I can invest in a new case to go along with all this ,
what HFS set up do you think runs best with the AMD

I got an Asus A7A266, 512 PC2100 (Micron), and a 1.4 T-Bird for $490 (American, including tax). Try going to a computer show, I goto marketpro shows.
