I heard a lot of good reviews about Asus A7M266 mobo, but I cannot get it stable with 1.33 AXIA (266 FSB) over 1430 MHz.
I am using advanced air cooling system and CPU temp stays below 54C
Also I am using Crucial/Micron DDR unregistered memory
Anyone can help me to pull more from this combination.

Thanx in advance.

Hey there
I can't seem to get the lever pulled down to in stall my CPU, how much pressure did you use or did it go easy, is there some kind of trick I don't know about?

Hi

I have built 3 systems with this baby already and never (yet) had an issue with that CPU lever.
If it doesn't go normally - I this something is not right, try to exchange the board.

I love this board but, again have troubles with makin Win98 and Win2K stable over 1420 MHz,
anyone has any ideas?

thanx

I can get my TBIRD 1333 @1460 rock stable with 146 FSB and default settings for core. memory is @Cas2, turbo mode, swiftech MC462rev.Acooler. Loaded temp is 38/39 degrees and all of this with
Wintwokay (W2K :))
