Asus A7V bios update & fsb questions...

I've been away from here a few months, and sure I lost a lot of things. So, I'm in the search of the lost time!!!
I wanna know about the new bios for the A7V, 1008(x), and the real improvements to o/c and fsb. Cause my lame mobo can't stand 1mhz fsb increase!
It's not my ram (cheapo, but roxor at 133+ cas2). Thre's any new mod or trick to improve the fsb? I'm a poor guy, and need to stick to my A7V for a while (hmm, bank robbering to make money to o/c? ).

I don't know of any real improvements the 1008 bios has to offer. No matter what you do overclocking the FSB will be tough since the chipset doesn't like high a FSB. Both the 1007 and 1008 bios do however offer improved memory performance. I had better luck and more stability with the 1007 so that's what I would recommend.
