ASUS A7V133 and 1.4 ghz

I have an ASUS A7V133, is there any way to get it to recognize the 1.4 ghz AMD processor? I have it up to 1.3 but I have no idea how to get it to recognize the actual speed of the 1.4

Specs:
ASUS A7V133, bios 1005
512MB PC 133 Ram
20 GB HD
Sound Blaster PCI 128 SC
GForce 2MX 32MB Video
CD Rom drive

Are you using the dip switches to raise the multiplyer or are you in jumper free.
If you are in jumper free how do you know what multiplyer setting you are using?
