Asus A7V133 Raid MoBo (Pros & Cons)

I just got the Asus A7V133 Raid MoBo and a T-bird 1200Mhz chip. now, can anybody tell me if i made the right choice as i still have a chance to change. i want to overclock this chip to atlease 1500MHz, i was wondering if i made the right choice. i'm still waiting for my heatsink to reach me. i got the swefttech heatsink which i heard is good. anyway, anybody who is having the same board as me, can u please advice me on the pros and cons of this board. also i'm planing to install Windows XP (RC1) will i be face with any problems. please advice. thanx in advance.
