I just switched mobos from the Asus P3V133 to this one and it won't post. I took out all the cards and unplugged all the drives so all that's in there is the RAM, CPU, and the mobo. Still wouldn't post. Any ideas on why? BTW, the chip is a celeron 500 and the DIMMS are 128 MB sticks. Thanks.

Check the power connector to the motherboard making sure its all the way on.
Clear the cmos might be a jumper, check the manual
Use only 1 memory stick and reseat it.
Pull out the cpu, check for bent pins.
Make sure no extra standoffs are under the board.
Reseat the video card.

Yeah, I just confirmed it. The CUSL2-C doesn't support any PPGAs. So now I have this new mobo and I can't return it. Any offers? or anyone have a good chip that will run on it for less than $50? Thanks for the replies.
