SOLVED asus i5-2500k problem i need you guys

hi guys im here again need ing help from you guys ,ok i bought a intel core i5 2500k bundle from pc world now it has asus p8h67-m le mobo i5 2500k cpu 4gb kingston ram and a ASUS LION SQUARE PREMIUM CPU COOLER and its the cpu cooler that the problem when it came to me installing the cpu cooler i noticed its socket lga 775 why do they sell a cpu cooler that different socket to the mobo .the mobo is socket 1155 do i need to get an adapter of some sort ,i tried ringing pc world up but by the time i got home and unboxed it they are closed over the easter weekend so im sat here not knowing what to do pleasew guys u never let me down before i need help lol

Have you tried ASUS Customer Service to see if they had some type of mod for their product?

my problem is that i want to get this sorted fast not waiting weeks for emails to arrive ect i need to know if there is 1155 brackets you can buy and where from that i can use to install the cpu cooler supplied in the bundle or if i should just get my money back
