asus me99b motherboards how fast is fast??

I have an asus me99b motherboard and a 400 MHZ chip currently overclocked to 450 MHZ!!! and I am happy with it so far...
and it is running rock- steady as long as the room temp is below 61 degrees, but now how do I go about "cooling" it down so that I don't have to sit in a below 61 degrees room *(freezing my but off, if you will..) CHEAPLY, does anyone have any ideas?? I can afford maybe 20~30 dollars maybe even 40 to 60 $$ down the line but, I am a bit strapped for cash..... what can I do???

This is an Intel socket 370 motherboard and this is the "AMD motherboard>ASUS" section. As I replied to this question in another thread, you would be better served if you posted this question in the appropriate section "Intel Motherboards>ASUS"
