I was wondering if anyone knew of a mod to make core voltages adjustable on the P2B. I don't care if it involves soldering or other extreme measures.

I'm just not ready to part with the old P2B yet.

Cheers

The "tips & techniques" has an article that covers your very situation. A slot-converter may be your only recourse as I understand that write up. The revision of your board would need to be v1.2 to be able to upgrade that via a BIOS flash. The converter will allow lower vc adjustments....while not down to default completely, they are still in the ballpark for a coppermine.

I mispoke......that revision # should be v1.12 or later...(not v1.2) sorry.
