Asus P3V, CUV4X, or ABiT VH6?

all cost the same.
i want a good o'cing mobo.
i have a cel 400.
my last mobo died.
and this is my LAST intel.
i'm getting one so i can get a 3D vidcard.
If i go AMD, (which i really, REALLY wqanna do)
i wont have 3D vid forever.
so which one guys?

If you ever go Abit vh6 get the VH6-2 fsb goes to 200 but cv only to 1.9 vh6 only goes to 150 and the same for cv 1.9
