Been having quite a bit of bad luck recently with my computer. Graphic card, CPU, and motherboard are all new.

New motherboard arrived yesterday. Put it in and it booted just fine. Booted into Windows and was having issues so I restarted it to a live boot drive to copy files over.

However, when I restarted to start re-installing Windows, the DRAM LED lit up and stayed on. Won't move past, no video out, can't get into BIOS, speaker gives one long, two short beeps (memory issue)

Nothing happened between shutting it down and starting it to start the install.

Tried:
Reseating the RAM
Each stick individually in each slot
Cleaning contacts
Clearing CMOS/BIOS
Minimal boot
Reseating CPU
Build on cardboard
MemOK! button on both sticks in all slots
Updating BIOS
Different PSU

My RAM (G.Skill RipjawsX 8GB 1600MHz) is not listed in the compatible RAM list, but it booted just fine twice?

Didn't even get the chance to overclock it.

Any fixes/ideas/suggestions? Or am I going through the RMA process again.

i5-3570k
ASUS P8Z77-V Pro
2x8GB G.Skill F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL
