Does anyone know if the 800fsb mod works with this mobo or am i forced to get the PC-DL thank you.

The best I've seen a E7505 workstation board do is 185, and that was the DPI533 which was tricked out with overclocking features.

So yes, you have to go with the PC-DL or Iwill's DH800 for 800 fsb opperation.
