Asus probe/voltage drop warnings

Hey everybody. On my current machine 2tr.old antec-350w when just setting here reading the threads, asus probe keeps alerting me like evry few minutes or so? -12 line drops to 8.773 for 3-4 secs then back to 11.316 or +5 goes to 3.709 back to 4.999. Is that normil or is it signs of the psu getting weak? I just started running the probe a week ago or so and just run it from time to time do to all the alerts. I guess if I'm going to screw around with OC on my new build, I'll have to be more aware of that stuff anyways, correct? Thanks for your knowledgeable advice in advance! Bill
