All of this news about RMA scams are making a difference to me. I already avoid MSI as they did rip me off personally. The Newegg stuff really gives me concern as I look to buy a new system for my wife. If I have a problem, can I expect to have a successful RMA? I may avoid Newegg. Amazon has done well by me as recently as yesterday. B&H has a good rep.

Costco is good if you have a membership with them. Also microcenter, only tried in store but assuming their online business is also good with support.
