i wanted to get some opinions before i spend the $$$$. i currently have 2x WD ATA 120gb w/ 8mb cache hard drives that i plan on setting up in raid-0. but i just bought a new board and was wondering if it would be worth selling these and getting a couple of 120 or 200gb wd SATA drives? Would i see much of a difference??? thanks

There is NO performance difference between IDE and SATA- the only advantages are hotswapping, thinner cords, and longer cord lenth.

The thing is, hard drives arent limited by the bus...

If you want to upgrade speed- buy a 10k RPM drive.
